Do not be fooled by many of the photos which are displayed all over the internet, this is an image which reflects people who look well trained, well-cut, with lots of muscle definition, yes there are people with such builds who do CrossFit, but most people are just normal looking people, some are overweight, some are underweight, some struggle to do one press up, some struggle to lift 5 kilo’s, the goal at Call CrossFit is to help people to gradually build their strength at their own pace. We are there to be your genuine personal assistant, you are under no pressure whatsoever. We urge newcomers beginners and advanced students to join our classes.
